Agriculture & Livelihoods
TAPA's core mission: fostering agricultural production and economic strengthening. We work with rural households to improve food security, nutrition, and income through modern farming techniques and market access.
- Agricultural modernization and training

Health & HIV/AIDS Care
In partnership with Baylor College of Medicine Children's Foundation Uganda, TAPA provides comprehensive HIV/AIDS support including testing, prevention, care, and psychosocial services.
- HIV testing services (HTS) and prevention campaigns
- Care and support for HIV-infected households
- Psychosocial support and counseling
- Referrals and linkages to health facilities
- Community outreach in remote areas
- World AIDS Day commemoration events

Education
Education breaks the poverty cycle. TAPA supports schools and students with materials, fees, and infrastructure, including running the Amon Mukalazi Memorial Primary School.

Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH)
With SNV, TAPA delivers Sustainable Sanitation and Hygiene for All (SSH4A) in Kyegegwa, working with sub-county governments.
- Community sensitization on sanitation and hygiene
- Water tank procurement for affected households
- Community latrines and drainage schemes
- Affordable sanitary facilities for businesses
- Working with Mpara, Hapuuyo, Kyegegwa sub-counties
- Safe drinking water access

Women Empowerment (DREAMS)
Promoting women's participation in economic and political life through capacity building, group formation, micro-credit, and skills training.

Youth Empowerment
